YOU’RE ALWAYS COVERED WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY!

Reinstalling software that may have been lost during servicing is free for up to 24 months. We always back up your vehicle’s original software so it can be restored to factory settings if needed.

The warranty covers any software issues that arise from the optimisation. If anything crops up down the track, we’ll fix it at no cost.

We have liability insurance that covers any potential damage to your vehicle during the optimisation process.

The lifetime warranty is valid for as long as the vehicle has the same owner. If the car changes hands, the warranty ends.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure the engine, gearbox, and vehicle are in good condition before optimisation, and that any modifications are properly inspected and registered according to local regulations. Changes may affect the vehicle’s compliance with type approval standards.

Dynex Performance is not responsible for:

• Damage to the engine, gearbox, or drivetrain after optimisation.
• Costs for a rental car or transport to and from our workshop.
• Any lost income due to the optimisation process.
